Confirmed from Aldersgate Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Wooded, grassy destination featuring swings, slides, a zip line and a treehouse.
What runners say about Aldersgate Park
“Always clean and plenty for the kids to do .”
“Port a pot for bathroom, lots of picnic tables and tons of shade.”
This was our first visit to this park and it is now a family favorite! My boys had a blast! We will be visiting many more times while the weather is nice. The glider was the favorite of my 3 year old and the spinning wheel was my 8 year olds favorite. Dad got a wonderful workout in.
Amazing place! Several options of play for kids, a short nature trail, and plenty of picnic tables. We love the zipline the most! Parking isn't marked so we just park along the street and that doesn't seem to cause any issues since there's a crosswalk directly to the park.
Two separate playgrounds with a gravel walkway through the woods connecting them. The tree house and sand box could use a little TLC. The basketball court and tennis court are great. Only a single porta potty on site.
Fantastic park for kids of all ages. 2 playgrounds connected by a trail, lots of grass side for wiffleball or kickball. Port a pot for bathroom, lots of picnic tables and tons of shade.
