Confirmed from Alewive Woods Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Such a great trail system for running or walking. So quiet and peaceful. It covers both wooded areas and a nice open field. 🫐 everywhere! Saw a baby bluebird that had fallen from its nest.
Great local hiking 🥾 area near Kennebunkport, Maine 🇺🇸☀️🇺🇸😄. Off the beaten path, this preserve offers miles of flat and gently sloping hiking trails that leads down to a charming pond used for ice fishing 🎣 in the winter ❄️ 🥶🥶🥶. The small parking lot is easy to find.
Well maintained, easy Trails, light foot traffic. Definitely bring bug spray and shoes you can use in the mud (very muddy down by lake). Took our dog swimming here, he loved it
