My favourite hiking area in orange county. Old big picturesque oaks on the bottom of the canyon will make you forget about desert: it is shaded and cool.
After discovering our intended hiking trail was not open until 8am (we were trying to do a sunrise hike) we drove over and did this trail at Top of the World... So glad we did! The views were incredible especially as the sun came up... Well marked trails with maps...
There are many points here that will tickle your adventurous spirit！ Car wreck trail, Oak Grove trail are my favorite. The trail is a bit steep at some parts, but let's take it easy while enjoying the nature.
