Confirmed from Alvin P. Williams Memorial Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 12 mentions

“Beautiful scenic view where you can walk around, bike 🚲, run 🏃🏻 🏃‍♀️ , jog, play, enjoy the water front.”

🌾 quiet & peaceful 5 mentions

“Place is comfortable, peaceful, walking park, for kids fun, and habing nice sceneries around the green to blue river better for fresh air.”

Wonderful park close to the water that separates New York and New Jersey with Outer Bridge crossing in the backdrop. It has 0.8 mile loop that can be used to bike or jog or walk. It was not crowded when I visited. The entrance needs some more welcoming, and renovation is going on right now for an improvement.

Lovely and spacious park. My family and I had a lovely BBQ here. Good amount of grills and ample walking space to get a good workout in. The crowd we encountered were pleasant as well. We would definitely come back!

Went there later in the evening to watch the sunset and the moonrise. Was rewarded with awesome views. It was quiet with few folks walking around. Place has a playground and good walking paths.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
