Confirmed from Anchorage 2 mile park and walking trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

We had a wonderful walk through this pristine walking trail. Spotted a Doe and her fawn. Took some great pictures along the way. Everyone we encountered said hello as they past.

Immaculate, fully paved walking and biking trail in Anchorage, KY. It's like walking through old farmland and a swampland at the same time. There are several different trails including an unpaved nature trail that follows Goose Creek. There are two nice bridges that cross the creek. There's also a few garden areas.

Nice walking trail, though it was quite busy, even for covid times. It was a Saturday so perhaps coming during the week would result in less crowds. Partially brick paved, partially asphalt paved, and partially dirt path. I jogged it and I found it to be great for jogging/running!

We love this 1.8 mile trail!, and now discovered the joy of riding bikes there also with our daughter! The trail is a loop so just start walking/biking and it will lead you back to where you started for an effortless unplugged journey for some zone-out time!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
