Confirmed from Arroyo Vista Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Very clean park, they have volleyball, tennis, soccer or football courts and walking trail.”

🌾 quiet & peaceful 3 mentions

“Without a doubt the ride home will be peaceful because all of their energy was burned out in just a couple hours .”

Decent park for sports , tennis , baseball games , volleyball area ,birthday parties as there is one covered table area that is busy almost every weekend . There is a small children’s play area in the back . The bathrooms are on the other side by the pool . The pool area itself is is for RSM residents only .

★★★★☆ — Robbie-Ann , Oct 2018

Nice public park with kid's play jungle, swings, tennis courts, swimming pool and jogging track. It also has a large gazebo with lots of benches for a picnic or party. Nice area to spend afternoon.

Awesome park! The table area is large enough to host a large group. Charcoal BBQs are clean and in good condition. Good parking options. Landscaping is in great condition. Terracing of landscaping allows for different types of activities without feeling like one giant park.

★★★★☆ — Oc , Jun 2019

Nice grass to play and walk on, good pavilion for a picnic, good little play ground, a couple tennis courts, a couple baseball diamonds, and a 1/4 sidewalk track to run around the park. Loved that I could run while watching the kids play. Got a5k in in no time!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 4 mentions

“I did not see a public restroom but did not look that hard either”

  • LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
