Confirmed from Avery Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Large park offering community sports activities as well as a playground & parking.
What runners say about Avery Park
“It is also a very clean and well maintained park that has about all of the amenities that you would want or need.”
“This park is very well kept and had equipment for all ages and multiple interests.”
This place is madness. Great for games. Parents need to be super patient and observant on game days though. Locals just run along the road with the typical local attitude and don't care about traffic or anyone but themselves, just running across the road whenever they like, and there's people everywhere.
I go there all the time. The playground is great for kids of all ages. There are soccer fields, tennis courts, baseball fields and batting cages there for public use. By the baseball fields, if games are being played, concession stands are open with hot dogs, candy, and other standard snacks.
This is a terrific Park first off, for softball. They do have soccer facilities, enough for several teams to be practicing at once. Additionally, there are playgrounds and large paths to walk on. Lot of people take their dogs through here. Terrific for the family, and it's free. You can't be the value like that.
One of the best and biggest park in Dublin. It’s a great park for family outing/picnic.In spring and summer it becomes a soccer field😀.There are swing and slides and a small play area for kids.A huge biking trail goes around the park.Bathrooms are also available there. All together a great place!

The practical stuff

- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.

- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
