Confirmed from Babbage Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Shady park offering a range of recreation opportunities, including sports, jogging & picnics.
What runners say about Babbage Park
“Fairly well maintained - but since obviously not all visitors are courteous enough to clean up after themselves, you're going to find some things here and there.”
“), some of them in the shade--great for resting on, when hiking or biking through the area.”
Enjoyed a beautiful Sunday afternoon here with friends and family for a small gathering under the pavilion. It's just big enough to take a nice walk on the paved paths without feeling like you just climbed Everest.
Ehh...not too bad of a place, considering that it's in (somewhat) crowded (and over-developed) North Brunswick, down in the (crowded) valley, here, below the First Watchung Mountain (Ridge). Anyway, for North Brunswick, this place isn't too bad.
It's a great place to hangout on a nice sunny day. Nice shaded park, ample of place for kids to run around and play. Well maintained track and park. Restroom are kinda undermaintained but overall it was calm and relaxing.
Small but its a good park for walking around. There are playgrounds and a baseball field.
