Confirmed from Baytown Nature Center's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Home to many migrant birds, this 500-acre peninsula offers picnic shelters, fishing piers & trails.

“This beautiful place with spectacular views didn't let me down, though a few dilapidated fishing piers need to be repaired or renovated.”
“If you live in the area and plan to come back for fishing or just a quiet time, worth every penny!”
This is a great coastal area that has a playground for children and even a musical instrument area outside. Lots of people come here to fish, crab, and barbecue under one of its many pick nick areas. There is also a small nature center and learning plaques throughout the parks nature trails.
I was glad that I found Baytown Nature Center when I was in town trying to find a place to go to and have fun. This beautiful place with spectacular views didn't let me down, though a few dilapidated fishing piers need to be repaired or renovated.
Expansive Park with awesome trails and hidden gems everywhere. Fishing seemed to be popular too by the number of men out there fishing. Would be a great place for events, family reunions, weddings & such. Wild, but really accessible too.
This place is amazing if you love peace and outdoor life. Its a quick get away for fishing, grilling, hiking, cycling, birdwatching and just relaxing on the grass. Has a nice play area for kids also, I would have never know this place was tucked away there in Baytown.
