Confirmed from Bear Creek Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Bustling park featuring a playground, baseball field, volleyball nets, soccer fields and walking trails.

Seems like this should be an updated review. I'm not sure how I missed this park. It's a nicely shaded paved trail which connects to multiple trailhead along the way. It's out and back or I just haven't made the loop yet. Moderate traffic during week and busy on weekend.
