I always pass by this place when cycling along the west bloomfield - clinton river - pontiac trail. Good stop to chill by at the benches near the fishing spot. Its nice and quiet. Or perhaps thats just me since i bike at random times between 5-7pm on weekdays/non peak hrs.
Clean park w/ several picnic benchs & a nice water view. Also has kid's play equipment & a bike trail nearby.
This is a park I've visited over the past 60 years. The landscape is beautiful, slight hills, grass and nice trees. It's quiet, and a good walking park. It would be nice to have more picnic tables in closer proximity, in addition stationery grills! It's also a has a great lake and dam!
