Confirmed from Bethany Ridge Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
7-acre green space featuring a shaded playground, trails & picnic areas, plus a lake & fishing pier.
What runners say about Bethany Ridge Park
“It seems pretty well maintained and there were plenty of kids playing there.”
“A few benches to sit at, but shade is hit or miss.”
Such a cool playground! Literally giant! There is something for kids of all ages to do. Love the little walk around the lake, kind of smelly at the time
I am so impressed with this park. I have seen it since moving to Allen and just never thought much about it being so close to the road, but my wife was telling me about it the other day as she took our daughter and they saw a ton of turtles.
Cute park that's fun to walk around. There is a dock that goes out over the water. Also picnic benches under a roofed in area and grills that can be used. Also there is a fun park for the kids to play on. It has a lot of unique features that you don't see at other parks and my kids loved it.
Trail conditions & character
“No bathrooms but extremely close to Kroger and McDonald’s if there’s a bathroom emergency.”
“A few benches to sit at, but shade is hit or miss.”
