We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Big Sycamore Trail yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Nice easy trail in a ounce when you want to walk somewhere close to Porterville, but don't want to walk in town or on cement.”
This is a very nice, short walk near Success Lake. Just over a mile. But the path is nice and my dog loves it!

In California, my husband is working on a long-term but temp job assignments. With central valley not being a whole lotta fun I needed an outdoor escape. I happen to find this little gem of a trail online. Definitely a great trail for families with children.
Such a great hidden little spot!!! Nice and quiet, you can hear all the nature. I lots of critters; bunnies and squirrels. Not a difficult trail at all, just a peaceful time.
