Confirmed from Bill Vance Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Bill Vance Park
“Great little park with a stream, a paved trail, several playgrounds and shade from large pine trees, nestled in a quiet neighborhood.”
This park is quite a hidden little gem, located behind the armory on 468 between College St & 18. Small, quiet park with walking trail, recently updated playground, swings, and so many squirrels! * FYI- No Restrooms
Nice quiet place to walk or jog. Playground equipment for the kids and picnic tables. No water or restrooms keeps it from five stars.
A small neighborhood park with basic amenities, used mainly for short walks and local outdoor time, but it does not stand out as a major destination. Suitable if you are already in Brandon and want a quick walk or some quiet green space close by.
