The Bizz Johnson trail is one of the greatest things is Lassen County. Bike riding for all levels, great for walking the dogs, walking running and some okay fishing. Access points to the trail is outstanding, the train is clean, and fun for everyone..
Turnoff well marked. Access road and generous parking area gravel surface smoothly graded. Information kiosk and restroom maintained. About 50 vertical feet above the Susan River.
Great hike to the train tunnels. Muddy and icy during winter. But it was cool going through the tunnels.
