Confirmed from Blackstone Valley Bike Path's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Only walked a small part of the path so far. The trail itself seems to good, well paved, trees properly cut back from the road. The first portion while you cross the bridge is VERY loud but it quickly quiets down. Also watch your step, there was poop in multiple places on the pavement.
I went to this bike trail, it’s beautiful and meet some nice people along the way. During my bike ride also ran into two men fighting, made me feel scared specifically being alone being woman. Think if I came back again would come back with a friend.
The perception could be that this trail has all the makings for skid row. And yet it’s always been clean quiet and safe. Well maintained paved trails with broad bridges over the Blackstone River make this trail a gem of a connector between Worcester and Milbury.
Enjoyed a nice ride here on my ebike. Not like some rail trails that are just straight. This is more enjoyable as it winds along the river and rail tracks. Plenty of nature views along the path. Has some mild hills to go up, mainly northbound.
