Confirmed from Blue Heron Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Popular neighborhood park featuring playgrounds, slides and a fenced-in splash pad.
What runners say about Blue Heron Park
This is just your local neighborhood park nestled in a subdivision. It's close to our home but it was our first time here. It's really cool they have water play here. I wouldn't call it a splash PAD because it is all concrete (see photo), but it's great for older kids to run through when it's super hot outside.
This is a nice community park with everything you'd expect including a nice walking trail going through the park, dual tube slides and a gated splash pad for the kids during summer.
Great splash pad for kids. It's fenced in so there little ones can run around worry free. A three story slide dominates the park. Awesome hidden gem of a park.
It's really nice the splash pad and the playground my daughter has lots of fun and there is also a walking pad next to an small lake
