Confirmed from Blue Heron Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Blue Heron Park
“The track is well-maintained, and roughly three-quarters of it runs away from traffic through a peaceful, tree-lined corridor.”

“It's so peaceful and perfect to just enjoy being out in nature”
It's great here! It's not really a picnic place or a place with a playground for kids. What it is however is a simple park with benches along a three-quarter mile circle that's great for walking or biking. There's a pond in the middle that says there's an alligator but we've never seen it or heard one yet.
Concrete sidewalk to jog on. About 1-1/2 miles long. Has a pond. Not much else. Wish it were --- marked with 1/8 mile markers, lights all the way around, more parking, big restroom (multi stalls), round out the NW corner of the path.
It's a nice walking trail. It has a concrete trail. So if it rains, you aren't going to get muddy.
Started walking here recently, I do 5 miles a day. Park is nice and clean.
