Confirmed from Boulder Brook Reservation's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Boulder Brook Reservation
“Great place to walk around in and just have quiet.”
Great place to walk around in and just have quiet. Lots of trails and woods and streams. One end has the fields the other has Rocky Ledges. Good for a dog to be-lots if small critters, deer and coyotes roam through at night. Access via Bates school. Parking at the end of Pine Plain and Beverly is tight.
Boulder Brook Reservation is lovely. It's a wonderful place to go for a walk along the trails. The terrain is varied and pretty. And the trail and it's surroundings are clean and pristine. All sorts of people seem to enjoy it and often times, so do their pets.
Nice quiet walk. Great for leashed dogs and good for kids. Some small rocky ledges to climb on if you are so inclined. This path connects to the Kelley Memorial Path on Elmwood Rd and you can make a nice long loop.
Good walk with one small ascent. Not long, but done at a good pace it is a short workout.
