Confirmed from Bowen Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Flower gardens, forest & an exercise trail, plus a skate park, arts center & local history museum.

Very gorgeous! so much space, park is big there is a lot of picnic tables with small grills for cook out! so much room for kids to play, walking trail! Great area for pictures, picnics, and fun in the sun just dont forget sun lotion and water
Kids won't be bored here. Plenty of room to spread out. The splash pad area was a bonus. That spider web thing was too scary for me, I dunno how ya'll can do that 😱🤢 I would recommend even if it's just for a walk or picnic.
Great for all ages! Large climbing structure, 2-story slide, saucer swings, tot area, walking paths, exercise equipment, decent restrooms, and a cute and free splash pad.
The ravine has such a picturesque walkway with stone stair cases and huge beautiful old trees!!! It is like entering a different world you'd have no idea is there!!! There are stretching stations through out the park that are actually very easy and helpful for any age person!!

The practical stuff

- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
