We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Caravelle Ranch WMA Hiking Trail yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Caravelle Ranch WMA Hiking Trail
There are quite a few trails here making for an enjoyable and longasting experience. Very quiet location with minimal vehicle noise once you get away from the road. This place is perfect for hiking, bicycling and horse back riding. Be prepared for ticks though.
This was a really nice spot to hike lots of shade on most paths but I would recommend going down the path on the road in the mornings or on a cooler day as there isn't shade on that part of the trail
My husband and I love these hiking trails and come here often in fall, winter and spring. Mosquitos are too active in summer. The trails are peaceful and beautiful. We rarely see another hiker.
