I've been to this place but it is located in Newington Connecticut I know the map says Hartford but the one I went to is Newington Connecticut on mountain road it's an awesome place it's a short little loop trail hike and it takes you to the top where you could overlook a nice view.
Hidden gem. Many of the trails are not well marked, but it's easy enough to find your way. You can either Park behind humane society on Russell or off of mountain
