We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Central Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Basic park featuring a playground and picnic tables, plus squirrels.
What runners say about Central Park
Fun little place to take the kids. Awesome hills for snow sledding in the winter.
It's very peaceful in the mornings. The birds are singing, squirrels chasing each other, church bells ringing. I love morning sounds. Very pretty park. Good, safe place to walk.
Park has tons of trees and great playground equipment. There is tons of room for kids to run and plenty of big fat red squirrels for them to chase :-)
We mowed as a church because the city couldn't get the part on the hill
