Confirmed from Charles L Reed Memorial Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Peaceful park with a pavillion and a playground, plus basketball and baseball fields.
What runners say about Charles L Reed Memorial Park
“First there’s a beautiful memorial with the flag, benches and a pavilion.”
“The pickle ball courts are available and not crowded, which means you don’t have to wait, but they are not fully level, so balls tend to roll in one direction.”
Such a great park with basketball court, baseball diamond, playground, and paved trails. We had a lovely walk and then played at the playground. Grass was well maintained and the pavilion was gorgeous. Looking forward to future visits.
I come here to just chill. It's a quiet place to sit and read a book or have lunch. There's a walking trail, small playground, baseball field, basketball court, maybe even a tennis court but I'm not sure about that.
Pretty nice, pavilion, small playground, basketball court, baseball field, walking path, and a lot of grass.
Charles L Reed really has something for everyone. First there’s a beautiful memorial with the flag, benches and a pavilion. They have basketball and a baseball field. It’s in the middle of the trail that can take you down in either direction. It always feels quiet here and that you really have lots of space.
