Confirmed from Chattahoochee Bend State Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Chattahoochee Bend State Park is one of the newer parks in Georgia and it is very well taken care of by the workers and volunteers. My wife and I spent a Monday through Thursday there in campground #1 at site 102. This is a pull through site.

We love hiking and picnicking at Chattahoochee Bend State Park. It's a wonderful place and we enjoy being out in nature. We're so thankful the staff replaced the rotten park bench at the top of Wild Turkey Trail and Boulder Trail. It's so nice!

A beautiful park with nice hiking trails. Location is more remote than expected and the drive in just adds to the natural beauty of the place. It's very quiet and peaceful and not too many people. The visitor center was a nice surprise.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
