Confirmed from Chene-Trombley Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Chene-Trombley Park
I like this park. There's something here for everyone. Coffee on the corner, free parking, a tot lot and a big kid playground. There's swings and a walking path. There's a TON of fences and the people here are very sweet.
We love that the toddler space is inside the rest of the park! It's a great spot for playing with kids of mixed age ranges since the older kids can play on the larger play structure and the grassy areas. There's plenty of shady spots to sit down and rest, no shade in the tot area though.
Great new walking path, lots of equipment for all ages of kids, and it is also right by Starbucks and Zestia. Great spot.
Beautiful walking park with ducks fish and turtles to feed the only downside is it closes at dusk.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
