Confirmed from Christia V. Adair Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🌾 quiet & peaceful 3 mentions

“A very calm and nice place where you can have picnics, host events, play area for kids and the toppings on your plate is that it’s free.”

Very peaceful, lots to do for a public picnic with friends and family, police presence is always noticeable which is nice. Park has always been clean every time that I have visited. Plenty of restroom and picnic tables. You can also make reservations for a pavilion for a party or just to hand out.

Phenomenal park to host events! I've been coming to this park 40+ years! There's a naturally covered trail to walk on! Nature is a beautiful creation & Adair park has always been a great place to enjoy nature! There's pavilions now! No longer eating at tables under the trees, although this is still an option!

Very nice park and trail area. Great place to barbecue and have a picnic or family gatherings. There's usually a police presence so you can enjoy nature safely. I visit often and enjoy a nice hardy workout. Highly Recommended

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
