Confirmed from City of Norfolk's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Fishing & non-motorized boating are allowed on the lake in this massive park, dedicated in 1971.

One of our favorite places in Norfolk! Absolutely the most beautiful views! The park is always clean (including the bathrooms) and the people are friendly. A great place to get your steps in and walk your pup! The park has baggies to pick up after your pup throughout, which is amazing when you forget yours!
Beautiful peaceful very clean park! Playground areas are well maintained and safe. Lake is wonderful to walk around or run around. Great for parties well any celebration including the Big Bang Boom!
It's a great park. I love this park in particular because of all the different events that are hosted here and how much fun they can be. It is a great venue for events. I love the long walking trail around the park. I especially love whem it comes time to the Big Bang Boom!
Norfolk is an amazing town with beautiful parks, restaurants and I especially love Paul's Cigar Lounge. I am a cyclist and there are good trails with future plans for more around the city. This video is from Skyview Park where I enjoy alot of Sunday afternoons with my young Grandsons.
