Confirmed from Collett Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Collett Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (820 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 7 mentions

“Restrooms are very, very basic (one prison toilet and one sink), not incredibly clean, and no changing table at all, but we don't exactly go to a park for the potty.”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 5 mentions

“Especially beautiful in the fall!”

I always love walking through this park. The trees are changing colors and the squirrels are out gathering food. Very pleasant and serene.

We rented the pavillion. This was a quaint little place to host a baby shower. It was clean, had a kitchenette and smart outlets that were not low to the ground all around the building. We had around 25 people in there. It would not be a great place for any more than that. Chairs and tables were there.

Really cute park on the North side!! Nice paths for walking, benches, shelters, and plenty of Pokémon. I really like the playground and the fitness trail, and the main building is really pretty. Especially beautiful in the fall!

Nice park. Perfect for walks or picnics. Lovely trees, a nice path through the park, a fantastic horseshoe area and little soccer field. The picnic shelters are spread out nicely, so you have plenty of privacy for your gathering. And the indoor shelter is absolutely lovely.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
