Confirmed from Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with T-ball & baseball fields, basketball & volleyball courts, a 1-mi. trail & a playground.
What runners say about Community Park
“Im coming basically once a week for my little cousins baseballs game and it's always clean and there is plenty of parking.”
This park has a great little playground that is well maintained. There is a walking track around the place that's good for bikes, but I'd be careful with skateboards or skates cause there are some places where the slabs have shifted and one side is slightly higher than the other.
Nice park with good play areas and walking areas. Good place for kids of all ages. While there are a couple different restrooms, all of them were locked, possibly due to the time of year. It would've been nice to see those open. Cool batterpiller and octopitcher sculptures.

“Are location for little one but not enough night light once it gets dark.”

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
