Confirmed from Doves Landing Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🪧 well-marked 3 mentions

“Trails are pretty clear and fairly well marked.”

🌾 quiet & peaceful 6 mentions

“Great trail, not crowded but it could be better marked”

Quaint area to take a little hike. I went in February so the trails were a little muddy because of recent snow, but you could definitely get a couples miles in. Definitely pay attention to the trail markings, there's at least 3 different colors: orange, red, and white.

Really nice park for a walk. Trails are pretty clear and fairly well marked. There are no other amenities. No restrooms, no benches or tables. It's just trails in the woods, with a small parking lot. It's deep enough in the woods that you don't hear most noises.

The trails can get confusing if you don't look at a detailed map ahead of time. To make a loop we did orange to pink to white back to orange to get back to the parking lot. We enjoyed our two mile loop and definitely plan to visit again when it's a bit warmer!

Great tree covered trails. Nice for walks and jogging. Recommend using phone map app to keep an eye on where you are, as it's easy to end up going on circles if you're unfamiliar with all trails. They are constantly improving park with more trails and signs though.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
