Confirmed from Eagle Lake Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Picnicking and fishing are available at this park featuring a lake, a playground, and a public restroom.
What runners say about Eagle Lake Park
“Beautiful little area that I've heard has some nice fishing though I've never tried.”
“Very nice lake, it's quite, good fishing and very pretty landscape, and the del city Police do a very good job keeping it safe, and peaceful”
Nice little lake off Reno in Del City. The turn in is easy to miss as it is between businesses. Beautiful sunset view of downtown OKC. Saw quite a few good sized catfish in the lake although we haven't fished this lake. We enjoy sunset picnics here. Nice picnic tables with decent grills.
This hidden gem nestled within an industrial complex in Del City offers a unique recreational experience. The newly installed track provides an excellent venue for walking or running, while the fishing opportunities eliminate the need for lengthy drives to larger lakes.
Awesome small little lake tucked away! No motor boats allowed. Really just a fishing pond and quiet nice park. They are adding more and more to it. Has a walking trail that will be done soon! Has a cool dock! The peninsula is shaped like an eagle head! 🦅
