The first day I came to this country this was one of the first park that I ever tried , I also took my son to enjoyed the Mother Nature there. I only hit four stars because one day I was running in the park early morning around 8 am.
I remember coming here as a child rolling down the hills with my brother in the 70s. Took my 87 year old Dad here. It was very nice. His Father he said loved Larry Doby The field and statue of him is nice.
Good place for all seasons and all weather conditions. Beautiful trees and hills. always happy to be there.
Nice large park with plenty of areas of shade on a hot day.Drawback was the sprinklers werentnon,likely due to the water main break.Otherwise it's a 5 star park.
