Confirmed from Elk Mills Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Trails and play areas in a tiny park where you can cool off with a swim in the creek.
What runners say about Elk Mills Park
“Looks nice and well maintained.”
Great place to go that not many know of. There is a pavilion and playground. Also if you walk to the back into the woods there is a creek with a swimming spot.
Decent park, gotta run off the occasional herion addicts but solid experience otherwise
Love this place, spend every weekend here. Lots of cool stuff to be found off trail.
Good park to take your dog since there is a little field, and trails in the back.
Trail conditions & character
“There is also a picnic pavilion with grills but no bathroom.”

The practical stuff

- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
