Confirmed from Emily Traphagen Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Woodland park offering 2 gravel trails that lead to a pond overlook, as well as a playground.
What runners say about Emily Traphagen Park
“There is a clean bathroom shelter with a drinking fountain and an information board with park literature and biodegradable doggie poop bags.”
“This is a beautiful park that has well maintained trails that go through wetlands, woods, a meadow, and around a pond.”
This park is gorgeous! The main walking path is shaded & there's a beautiful pond view. The kids playing area is unique with a cool rock climbing structure for much older kids (full sun) & a tunnel. We're so lucky to have Preservation Parks in Delaware County ♥️
This place has 2 trails, Meadow Trail and White Tail Loop. Very easy graveled paths. There is a pond overlook off of White Tail Loop. The pond was nothing special to look at though. It was covered algae
This is a great little hidden gem of a park with plenty of parking, including handicap accessible spaces. The play area is small but but packed with things to do. There are swings, a climbable play structure and a four sided climbing wall that stands about 8 feet tall.
Beautiful little park. One trail leads to a small pond, the other around the woods. Also, keep an eye out for deer, rabbits and other woodland creatures on the trail. First picture is of the restrooms, visible as soon as you come to the park.
