Confirmed from Esmond Park Conservation Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park, featuring a short trail with a bridge and a waterfall, plus tables.

This little gem of a park has come a long way. I've been here multiple times over the years and have seen it progress to a lovely little spot. The walk from parking is not too far and mostly level ground except for two bridges. There are benches and picnic tables available.
Love taking my Sophie ( Ragdoll) for walks in her stroller thru here. Shady, breezy, grounds well maintained by Town of Smithfield workers! Nice rest stop and a park area for lunch with a friend! Real nice spot!
