Confirmed from Everett N. "Eddie" Souza Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

well-maintained 5 mentions

“Clean playground for both little and bigger kids.”

Great little park for kids and family with a bypassing bike trail 🚴‍♀️

★★★★★ — Jahanzaib , Jul 2022

Nice place. Clean. Restrooms. Tesla charging stations. Bike trail. Benches. Playground.

★★★★★ — Grandeva , Oct 2023

A relatively new, little park, nicely insulated from the expressway. This is a very good place to visit by bicycle or to stop while biking or walking on the trail. There's a restroom and a drinking fountain with a bottle filler. Otherwise, there's a small parking lot and a solar charging station for electric cars.

★★★★★ — Dvorty , Sep 2024

It's not too big and not too small a space. Beautifully maintained. Kids loved the playground while I enjoy the walking trail. Restrooms fine. 🌈🌻

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 8 mentions

“Unfortunately, the restroom facilities were burned down by someone years ago and has never been repaired.”
