Confirmed from Fairview Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with a pond and a paved walking path. Also features a playground and picnic shelters.

Pretty clean. Went to walk my son's dog just after noon and before school pickup time. Not real crowded and so many trees, he was one happy furbaby. They also had a pet station for cleaning up any pet deposits.
Great, clean, well-designed and maintained park! It is kid-friendly with a nice playground, dog friendly, AND has real rest rooms and drinking fountains! Even an area to enjoy a game of horseshoe toss!
Lovely walking place... 1/24/2020 Still many tree triangles floating all over the pond. Picturesque! Thumbs up! Always try to walk with a buddy and be safe. A couple of new wooden picnic tables spaced in different places around the lake for a snack or a break or even a meal.
It's a nice place to walk around. I come here every year to walk for lung cancer in honor of my family and we have no complaints. The walking path is paved. The kids enjoy the playground. It's not big but it the scenery is nice. You get to walk around the pond and can see the pond from many angles.
