We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Fancher Creek Trail yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Fancher Creek Trail
Great place to walk or mountain bike, with plenty of room to have both on the trails at once. Good little 2+ out and back or looping trail. Walking the west side, there are markers telling you what the names of the plants and trees. Gravel paths, but you could pull a wagon with a kid or a wide tired wheel chair.
This is a hidden gem. The walk path is nice because it's great for strollers, wheelchairs, and bicycles. There are lots of shady spots and even benches. The weird thing is the empty plaque stands. It would be nice if Fresno people could keep things nice but sadly.
Wonderful trail to go exercise with the whole family. This summer 2024 has not been dry at all, the trail canal has plenty of water and you even feel the cool breeze as you walk the trail.
Great little trail with a variety trees and a canal. They need to expand it more along the canal going north
