Edit for winter months: Be careful if you walk in the back within the forest area. The leaves that gather can be slippery after rain, but ice builds up in the winter. One of, if not the best walking trail in Genesee County. Excellent for walking and jogging. People bring their dogs to walk here. It's a safe area.
Nice little park. Easy paved trail. Few short dirt trails (very muddy after rain the day before). Two loops, large one by the parking, smaller one off the trail along the road.
I really love this place because it's so close,and also because it's a pretty cool idea to put together some sort of place to walk, jog, or bike (possibly).in the community and it's a positive place for me to go to. Some of it is paved(50%) and the other half is trail.
A nice little 1 mile loop if you go all the way around to the jaunt behind the police station. We enjoy it.
