Confirmed from Flory Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
City destination offering a 9-hole disc golf course and suspension bridge.
What runners say about Flory Park
It's a very nice semi Woodard Park. The local swimming pool and YMCA is next to it. The playground is inside the pool fence and cost $5 to enter. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The disc golf course is a head scratcher to find the baskets then is a challenge in places.
There's bike paths, bike ramps, and trails to explore. Fun for all ages. Perfect for a picnic and a day to just have fun and play outdoors.
Cool place to walk around and connects to the bike park and bike path. Got disc golf there as well.
A decent city park. It’s easy to get to and has frisbee golf, bike trails and ramps, some waterfront access, walking trails and a suspension bridge. It’s wasn’t overcrowded when I went and it’s maintained well. Overall I’d recommend it to family and friends as someplace to relax or get some sunshine.

“There is a water fountain at the entrance by the bushes.”

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadwater — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
