We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Fox Trail Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Fox Trail Park
I started walking at the trail in North Aurora IL and walked north to Red Oak Nature Center. Then I walked back and was lucky to be able to wait a little while and catch the sunset.
A very nicely situated park in the forest, ideal for walks among singing birds, as well as crowds and peace. A very nice park. I recommend walking here not only to local residents from the nearby estate but also to visitors.
