Confirmed from French Creek Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Easy, kid-friendly trail for walking and hiking, with bridges and benches along the way.

Great hiking trail. Clear paths to stay clear from poison ivy. And the water is clear and clean, refreshing after a hot summer day
Wonderful little gem I just discovered this past weekend. Part of the trail is paved, most of it isn't which doesn't bother me at all. It was a beautiful, easy trail to walk as it follows along the river.
Serene easy hike near creek on Memorial Day. After staying in for so long we wanted a place to walk in nature and just enjoy being out. French Creek Trail fit the bill perfectly. The wife and I both enjoyed the sounds of many birds and the babbling brook on our walk. The trail is flat and even partially paved in areas.
A lovely trail, great for families and dogs! Nicely shaded most of the way. Parking available at both ends, and a portapotty by the Mill entrance. It runs close to the creek with lots of little trails to access the creek directly. Two miles long in one direction.
