Confirmed from Frog Hollow Nature Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Multiple beautiful trails in the woods - and they have a paved path trail as well. I could spend hours exploring here.
Frog Hollow Nature Trail provides a wonderful network of trails in a beautiful, wooded setting. There are some moderate ups and downs, but nothing too difficult. The trails are well maintained and suitable for running, so long as you keep a sharp eye out for rocky patches and roots.
The trail would probably be rated as easy for an experienced hiker but my wife is just getting into hiking at 68 so moderate over all.
Frog hollow Nature trail and the Jefferson City greenway trails are both very nice well maintained trails that the city is blessed to have. Parts of the Frog Hollow trail are steep and can be muddy if it has rained but their are multiple paths you can take and it shouldn't be too difficult for most people.
