Confirmed from Frothingham Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Neighborhood park featuring a playground, basketball courts and baseball fields.

“Beautiful, peaceful, big Space for kids to run and to do several activities, various games for different ages, in a good zone, seem very secure.”
“Family friendly park with lots of space, there's a great playground for young kids and a large Boulder that can be climbed by those adventurous enough.”
Nice downtown neighborhood park! They have baseball games occasionally, a playground for young children, benches, a basketball court and tennis court. A good place to walk your dog. Parking is on-street (on Park St).
Frothingham is a beautiful park, but I wouldn't recommend it for people who have children 2 and under. This is mostly because the park is huge and not very contained, and there's not much for younger toddlers aside from swings and a sandbox (that older toddlers and kids also enjoy).
Big, spacious park. Baseball field, walking track, basketball court, tennis court, play ground, 3 pokestops and a Pokémon gym. This park has it all. Myfamily has been going here for years and will continue to do so as long as it stands.
