Confirmed from Galbraith Mountain's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Galbraith Mountain

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (127 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

So many trails! Access is pretty weird with private land and gates making you pedal around, to get to the trails some maps throughout, good mix of all kinds of trails. Tons of people, great environment, Mohawk was the funnest trail I did. Asking the local riders where to go helps a lot!

Galbraith is home to some amazing trails, some of the best are Mohawk, Unemployment, Cedar Dust Jumps, and the biggest jumps there are Blue Steel. To see these trails, simply subscribe to MTB Everything!

Great mountain biking trails for all levels. A mandatory stop in a lovely city that also offers many good brewpubs.

★★★★★ — Sylvain , May 2017

Some of the best mountain biking trails in the region can be found here, suitable for a wide range of skills and riding styles. Most of the trails are well maintained, and the logging road network makes it easy to get around.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
