Confirmed from Garfield Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
A city park space with tennis courts, a looped path, a playground & meditative garden space.

Garfield Park is located in south Pasadena. It's a great park where couples and families gather to stroll beneath the shade of ancient trees. Although this isn’t a large park, it’s dog friendly and designed to be used by those in need of a place to enjoy the day.
My boys grew up going to this park. We’ve had many a birthday party, and picnic here. It’s very well kept. Tons of shade, huge gorgeous trees, lots of space. The playground is smaller, but nice and shaded by a big beautiful, easily climbable tree.
Wonderful park that has many activities for both kids and adults. Lots of trees that provide shade during those hot days. Well kept bathrooms near the kids playground. Pavilion area next to the kids playground has plenty of tables and also a two barbecues along with a water fountain and water bottle fill station.
