Absolutely beautiful! Amazing trails! Today was my first time exploring the park and was blessed to meet the man responsible for it's renovation! If you see L. Sargeant make sure you thank him for the lights, cameras and amazing trails.
Bike trails r very nice especially for what grapevine lake use to be. Lake looks great and lot of people fishing it more and more. I caught a couple little ones first time I fished there n 20 years. Look at photo. They were small but that means there's so bigger ones in there.
I should start with a disclaimer that I'm relatively new to mtn biking, and have only ridden some trails in the Land Between the Lakes area, a trail near Owensboro, and a trail in Florida. That being said, this xc mtn bike trail system is the best one I've ridden on!!
They did a great job with the improvements. There's a 7-8 mile loop and 2 short downhills. One with jumps and birms, one with jumps. Lot's of fun. Nice shade and around a lake. No H2O, bathrooms.
