Confirmed from Harbor's Edge Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

It's an OK small park with short trails, lots of squirrels to feed, kids play area, it's close the innercoastal ,lots of dog walkers, One man had his Rottweiler without a leash. I don't care if you think it's friendly... keep your dog on leash... NO bathrooms FYI 🤭

Nice sized park with ample parking. A nice park for dogs, lots of grass area and walking paths and has a small dog friendly beach area. The view from this spot is nice, there are Paul benches facing out towards the water. Great place to come and relax, walk, play with dogs or kids.

★★★★★ — Ashley , Jun 2025

Really cool little spot. Not much room though and if you do bring a dog it’s not a place you can let them off the leash. Great place to go for a walk though.

★★★★☆ — B , Mar 2023

Nice neighborhood park with lots of open space. There are kids’ playgrounds, workout stations, and even a paved trail from front of park to the inter coastal. You can go in the water and get your feet wet or sit on a park bench and enjoy the views. This is a dog friendly park but they have to be on a leash.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

The practical stuff

  • AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
  • SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
  • DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
  • ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
  • At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
