Confirmed from Harmony Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Family-friendly hiking area offering a trail through pine forest with a pond and wildlife.

“It was a beautiful little trail, with plenty of offer.”
“Really pretty area with a pretty easy walking trail.”
When we went here it was pretty chilly but still a lovely hike. We ended up stopping by the Visitors Center for a bit. Fairly easy and flat also. So much to explore in Crab Orchard Wildlife Refuge!
Really pretty area with a pretty easy walking trail. Also nice public restrooms.
Gorgeous trail, well maintained. Provides a very refreshing walk if you want to get in touch with nature. Absolutely recommend going on a windy day, the sound of the branches blowing is lovely.
Historical marker inscription: Chamnesstown School. The first Chamnesstown School was built here around 1860. The land was donated by Jonathan Scott Chamness. At that time Williamson County was divided into 120 school districts. Each school served an area of 4 square miles.
Trail conditions & character
